Twenty7tec is excited to introduce a brand new Homepage for its CRM.
Designed to improve navigation and enhance the overall user experience, this update builds upon our recent global navigation enhancements and is part of a broader effort to optimise the platform’s usability.
The updated Homepage delivers a cleaner, more intuitive interface while retaining all the familiar functionality users rely on, with new fonts and improved screen layouts.
What’s changing?
- Enhanced workflow access – Workflow cards and actions at the top of the Homepage provide quick access to key features, customised to each user profile.
- Improved client management – The ‘recent clients’ section has been upgraded for faster access to essential client details, with new buttons for searching and adding new clients.
- Richer client cards – Client cards now display additional details, including client type, status, and review dates, alongside profile pictures where available.
- Quick-action menu – An ellipsis menu on each client card allows users to swiftly send emails or SMS messages and access notes, documents, and enquiries.
- Refined notifications – A new notifications icon in the top-right corner provides visibility across all pages, making it easier to track updates and take action.
We’ve also created a short explainer video detailing the key updates.This update is coming soon and represents another step in our ongoing commitment to enhance our CRM. We’re dedicated to ensuring our platform evolves to meet the needs of our users, with more developments on the horizon.
