FINPLAN System Updates – 7th March 2025
New Features
Enhanced Navigation Menu
This release improves user experience through a simplified and clearly labeled main menu, making navigation more intuitive and efficient.
The homepage button has been replaced with the Twenty7tec logo on the top-left corner of the screen. Help articles and announcements have been reorganised for improved accessibility.
The layout of the Settings has been redesigned to enhance user experience. Settings are now organised into logical groups, making it easier to locate and adjust preferences.
The system’s timer display now shows the exact elapsed time.
The Actions button gives you access to a changing set of actions as you navigate through FINPLAN. These actions include creating documents, adding records, and removing records.
Improvements
Product Transfer Column in Product Details Bulk File
The latest version of the FINPLAN Bulk Interface ‘Product Details’ dataset now includes a new ‘Product Transfer’ column, located after the ‘Remortgage’ column. This data can be utilised in external Business Intelligence (BI) tools and provides details on product transfers.
For further information regarding the FINPLAN Bulk Interface mechanism, please reach out to your Twenty7tec Relationship Manager.
Completed Client Reviews in Client Review Report
In the previous release, the Client Review report was updated to include already completed Reviews. This has been changed so that only custom versions of the report can include them. Also, the numbers in the first column are now links to the Client Summary page within the Client record.
Bug Fixes
AML Monitoring Alerts
The link between AML Monitoring notifications on the homepage and the corresponding alerts on the AML Monitoring Alerts page has been fixed. Previously, there was a mismatch between the number of notifications and alerts displayed. Now, when AML Monitoring is selected in the homepage’s Notifications panel, the correct number of alerts will appear on the AML Monitoring Alerts page.
AML Check Button Fix
The ‘Run AML Check’ button was previously greyed out when an address was populated using the postcode search during an AML search. This issue has been resolved, and the data is now recognised, allowing the AML search to be started.
AML National Insurance Number Error
The SmartSearch AML check no longer returns an error when ‘N/D’ is entered into the optional National Insurance Number field. This issue has been resolved.
