Exciting navigation updates coming to FINPLAN CRM

Twenty7tec is excited to announce improvements coming to the navigation experience in our CRM. These changes have been designed to enhance usability, streamline workflows, and set the stage for future enhancements.

Here’s what you need to know about the upcoming update:

Why we made these changes

 

  • Improved user experience – The new interface is more intuitive and user-friendly, making it easier to find key features and navigate efficiently.
  • Enhanced productivity – Important functions are now quicker to access, with menus structured to align with more widely available applications.
  • Increased engagement – The visually refreshed menu is just the beginning of ongoing improvements to the FINPLAN user experience.

Highlights of the new menu

 

  • Top menu enhancements – The Twenty7tec logo will now act as a home button, and key options like ‘Settings’, ‘Change password’, and ‘Logout’ are neatly grouped within the ellipsis menu (represented by three dots). ‘Help articles’ and ‘System announcements’ can now be found under the question mark icon, with ‘Notifications’ coming soon.
  • Second-level navigation – Core features like ‘Workflow’, ‘Search’, and ‘Reports’ are now easier to access, while the new ‘Actions menu’ provides quick access to commonly used functions such as ‘Document creation’ and ‘Task management’.
  • Improved timer display – Users will now have better visibility of their timers, helping them stay aware of their activity status.
