Twenty7tec launches new comprehensive mortgage affordability solution in SOURCE

Twenty7tec, the leading advice tech business, have today announced that all users of SOURCE, the company’s mortgage sourcing module, can now access an enhanced affordability search facility at no additional cost.

Powered by a single set of data, advisers can now retrieve affordability results from over 60 lenders across residential and buy-to-let (with more on the way) without having to leave the platform. This means product, criteria, and affordability sourcing can be performed all in one place

The new solution also supports evidence of research production and stores a screenshot of the affordability search results from the lenders’ website.
