Data from Twenty7tec shows rates fluctuate slightly this week, as we see both increases and decreases across the board. Skipton BS is steadfast with its best rates, again claiming the top spot for mortgage offers for various persona.

Santander takes the top spot this week for a 2-year fixed mortgage, with an offer of £2913.56, topping last week’s best offer from Nationwide of £2921.37.
The average of the top ten lenders sits at £2922.96, down 0.06% from last week’s average of £2924.73.
5 year fixed
HSBC remains on top this week with the best rate on the market for a 5-year fixed mortgage, at £2880.24, down from its best offer last week of £2889.97.
£2881.50 is the average rate of the top ten lenders this week, a percentage decrease of 0.28% from last week’s average of £2889.71.

If you’re looking to remortgage, Skipton remains victorious for the fourth week, offering the same best rate of £3541.35.
